Conjugando la colaboración en grupos de investigación de alto rendimiento en el ámbito científico-académico
Resumen
El ámbito científico-académico y la organización de los grupos de investigación se han transformado y complejizado profundamente, lo que ha llevado a investigadores e investigadoras a experimentar tensiones y contradicciones en términos de interdependencia/autonomía y verticalidad/horizontalidad. En este artículo abordamos cómo el personal científico gestiona estas tensiones a través de un análisis discursivo de entrevistas semiestructuradas a integrantes de grupos de investigación españoles de «alto rendimiento» de diferentes disciplinas y rangos, combinadas con observaciones etnográficas. Nos centramos en cómo se enuncia el sujeto, individual y colectivo, estudiando el uso de pronombres y otros términos que representan el grupo. Proponemos que, a pesar de una vocación colaborativa, el grupo se concibe como el marco donde hay individuos que trabajan autónomamente y, ocasionalmente, confluyen. Factores como las trayectorias profesionales y la posición de miembros en el equipo, la diversidad de edades y la organización espacial de los grupos condicionan el apego expresivo a formas más o menos colectivas de colaboración.
