Resumen

Los análisis sobre la influencia de los impactos negativos del cambio climático en las migraciones han aumentado en los últimos años. Sin embargo, existen grandes lagunas y posiciones disonantes. El objetivo del presente artículo es conocer el grado de consenso entre la comunidad científica en torno a las migraciones inducidas por el cambio climático, analizando los discursos generados a través del método Delphi. El estudio aborda los discursos en torno a los vínculos entre migraciones y cambio climático, el papel de la migración como estrategia de adaptación y las políticas públicas de cooperación y desarrollo. Concluimos que la investigación sobre cambio climático y migraciones todavía no ha alcanzado suficiente consenso debido al carácter relativamente reciente de la discusión, pero también a la escasez de investigación empírica y a la dificultad de establecer diálogo entre diferentes disciplinas, lo que habría condicionado un limitado desarrollo de políticas públicas.

Alexis Cloquell Lozano, Valencia Catholic University Saint Vincent Martyr

Doctor en Cooperación al Desarrollo y licenciado en Sociología e Investigación de Mercados. Docente e investigador en la UCV, dirige la OAMI, una cátedra sobre vulnerabilidad social y un grupo sobre migraciones. Ha liderado proyectos financiados por entidades públicas y en 2013 recibió el II Premio Nacional de Investigación Cultural «Marqués de Lozoya».

Beatriz Felipe Pérez, Universitat Rovira i Virgili

Doctora en Derecho y licenciada en Ciencias Ambientales. Cofundadora de CICrA Justicia Ambiental, es investigadora asociada al CEDAT (URV). Su tesis sobre migraciones climáticas recibió el Premio Josep Miquel Prats (2017). Ha publicado obras destacadas sobre derecho internacional y migraciones climáticas en las que aborda desigualdades y desprotección en este fenómeno global desde una perspectiva jurídica.

Joan Lacomba Vázquez, Universitat de València

Doctor en Sociología y Catedrático de Trabajo Social (UV). Ha dirigido proyectos I + D + i sobre diásporas y sociedad civil. Actualmente es IP en el proyecto MIGRACLIMA sobre migración, cambio climático y cooperación (Senegal y Marruecos). Coordinó en 2024 un monográfico sobre movilidad climática para la Revista Interdisciplinar da Mobilidade Humana (REMHU). Dirige el grupo de investigación InMIDE sobre migraciones, cooperación y procesos de desarrollo.

María Isolda Perelló Carrascosa, Universitat de València

Doctora en Ciencias Sociales (UV), máster en Cooperación al Desarrollo y licenciada en Derecho. Ha sido investigadora doctora júnior en el IDHUV (2023–2024), adscrita al proyecto I + D + i MIGRACLIMA, y responsable de proyecto de investigación en el Instituto de Estudios Ceutíes (2014–2015). Sus líneas de investigación son: política migratoria, OSC en contextos migratorios; migración, desarrollo y cambio climático.
