Efectes de resposta en qüestionaris amb preguntes d’actitud

Resum

Existeix un gran acord segons el qual l’ordre de presentació de les categories de resposta influeix en les respostes de les persones entrevistades, encara que els resultats són diversos i no gaire concloents. Aquesta recerca busca contribuir a aquesta àrea de treball utilitzant una investigació telefònica amb un qüestionari amb respostes administrades en ordre diferent i preguntes descompostesen dues parts.

Els resultats revelen que l’enquesta telefònica presenta efectes de primacia i de recència. Els primers afecten les dues primeres categories, i els segons, únicament la penúltima categoria de resposta. Els efectes de primacia són més importants quan les categories es mostren en ordre invers i en un format d’administració en dues preguntes. Els efectes de recència, per la seva banda, en la penúltima categoria, són més freqüents en l’ordre favorable i en el format convencional.

Vidal Díaz de Rada, Departament de Sociologia Universitat Pública de Navarra

Llicenciat i doctor en Sociologia i llicenciat en Investigació i Tècniques de Mercat. Professor de Mètodes d’Investigació Social al Departament de Sociologia de la Universitat Pública de Navarra des de 1994. Ha publicat més d’un centenar de treballs, la major part sobre metodologia i sociologia del consum.
