Resum

La metodologia quantitativa aplicada a l'estudi de les trajectòries laborals ha experimentat un ràpid auge que s'estén més enllà de l'anàlisi de seqüència tradicional. Aquest capítol té com a objectiu revisar noves tècniques estadístiques que poden o s'apliquen actualment a l'estudi de les trajectòries laborals.
Totes les tècniques descrites aquí són des d'un punt de vista conceptual per tal d'arribar a un públic més ampli que pot no tenir una formació estadística forta. A través d'aquesta visió de conjunt demostrarem les febleses i els punts forts que presenta cada tècnica, així com el fil unificador que ens porta d'un a un altre. Aquest treball comença des d'una perspectiva macro en l'estudi de trajectòries de treball que més tard es desenvolupa en un punt de vista micro, on l'interès se centrarà en una petita part d'una trajectòria donada o fins i tot en un simple canvi d'estat.
La creixent complexitat dels models que es mostren aquí serà objecte d'un debat final a causa dels nous reptes que presenten la seva aplicació i aplicació. En aquest context, discutirem la necessitat d'un perfil estadístic en el marc dels projectes de recerca, com ja succeeix en altres àmbits científics.
