Estratègies per millorar la resposta de les enquestes en línia

Resum

Una visió històrica de les eines de recollida d’informació revela un progressiu descens de les enquestes cara a cara i telefòniques, que han estat substituïdes per les autoadministrades. Els avenços tecnològics han suposat un gran increment de les enquestes a través de la xarxa en la segona dècada del segle XXI. Ara bé, moltes d’aquestes recerques presenten taxes de resposta molt baixes, algunes de menys de dos dígits. Per solucionar aquesta situació, aquest treball presenta cinc estratègies efectives per millorar la resposta de les enquestes a través de la xarxa. Concretament, posar màxima cura en l’accés a la persona enquestada, contactar diverses vegades amb la mostra objectiu, ajustar la durada del treball de camp, notificar a la persona que s’enquestarà que ha estat seleccionada per participar en una recerca, i utilitzar gratificacions. L’aplicació d’aquestes estratègies aconsegueix un augment notable de la taxa de resposta i, a més, una millor representativitat mostral.
