The Multivariate Analysis of Contingency Tables: Systems of Equations and Graphs

Abstract

In validating any hypothetical model in its basic scheme, the investigator has the problem of introducing the third variable. The method and calculus presented clarify and compute in a simple way the direct, indirect and global effects for an hypothesized model, as well as giving us the relevant graph for better representation of these models.
