Can we talk about stress in the Middle Management?
Abstract
Speech analysis by the Middle Management of both public and private sector companies, pays attention to the stress these positions develop. Their key positioning in the organizations, the current work system, the process of changes and the organitation themselves, is the context in which the Middle Manager describes his/her stress perception. It is centered on work/performance related pressure (pressure to do things better), control (normalization) and results/performance driven standards (quality standards).Keywords
