Women and work: basic guides of analysis
Abstract
The analysis of different possition that women and men occupy in labour market and, consecuently, in social structure, leads us to question the neutrality of the theoretical principles from it starts, the analytic tools that uses and its inferences. In this paper we review certain basic concepts for this analysis, showing possible gender biases and trying to outline some strategies on indirect discrimination that are frequently, although non deliberately, used. Keywords
