Reconciliation policies: working policies versus time policies
Abstract
The article tries to give account, in the first place, for the difficulties that accompany to the effective conciliation policies in Spain. These difficulties are shown through the analysis of the speeches that the main social actors of the collective bargaining (industrialists and unions) raise on the subject. Secondly, the article explores the time policies like the background to the possible explanatory tracks of such difficulties. To the time that proposes them like alternatives to the present conciliation policies.Keywords
