Professional project and uncertainty on the labor market
Abstract
Due to the increasing flexibility of moderns economies, both the labor market and the evolution of employment have become more uncertain. The behaviour of youngsters in terms of vocational orientation, choice of formation and choice of employement has evolved to adapt to this uncertainty. Mediun and long-term projects lose importance in light of increased risk-aversion and opportunism, and are often characterised by great variability. Keywords
