Four approaches of contemporary sociological theory

Abstract

This article summarizes the four approaches of contemporary sociological theory which are considered as most suitable in epistemological and research-oriented terms, namely, the theory of communicative action, systems theory, rational choice and cognitive science. A table of compared analytical elements is furnished.
