Another Freud, Please

Abstract

In this article, the author calls for a new vision of Freud's work from a social sciences perspective and specificall f'rom sociology. Through the detailed an in depth study of key words in Freud's work the author presents the alterations that these works have suffered by English translation. This alteration has provoked main errors around the real meaning of these words. And as the study underlines this has also generated an interested process of medicalization of psychoanalysis.
