The web-company: a model of division of labour

Abstract

Network firm is a model of company based in a constelation of smalls companies juridically independents, but the companies are coordinates through the same cicle of production. Also companies are linked between them through pattern, rules and costums. Finally companies are also linked to local comunity and network cognation and friendship relations. (Autor)
