Social Capital in the Spanish Quality of Working Life Survey
Abstract
This article point out multidimensionality of social capital concept. Although there are great differences for a consensual social capital definition, it is important to look for empirical indicators for its measurement. This work analyses social capital questions in the Spanish Quality of Working Life Survey. Theses questions are compared with OECD proposed, and its level of comparability. As well as this paper shows the utility of social capital concept as a quality life predictor.Keywords
