The recruitment of Staff in the new informational society
Abstract
The aim of this work is to present an empirical analisys about the possible applications of information technology to the process of workforce recruitment. The social and cognitive competences introduced by the new systems of production organitation, require new learning methods. The goal is the permanent renewal of professional abilities. This implies the adoption of a differents rrecruitment policy, driven by the idea of knowleage as the main element of business competitivity.Keywords
